About the cooler: This cooler and the plate cooler are both cooling oil, right? Then why do we need to add a refrigerator/water tower?
There are some thin tubes in the cooler, the inside of the tube is cold water, the outside of the tube is oil, the hot oil and cold water pass through the heat conduction of the copper tube, the oil becomes colder, the water becomes hotter, and finally hot water comes out. The problem is that if you want to recycle the hot water, you have to cool the hot water and then enter the cooler. The water tower and refrigerator outside are to turn the hot water into cold water for recycling.
So why put two coolers?
The reason is a cooler, the contact time between cold water and hot oil is short, that is, the cooling area of a cooler is too small, and the oil temperature cannot be lowered.
It’s like the house is not warm in winter, adding a set of heaters, in turn, the house is big, one air conditioner is not enough, and adding a small air conditioner will make the house cooler.
The ultimate goal is to better control the oil temperature within a reasonable range. Two coolers, good cooling effect, suitable for hot areas, suitable for continuous work, etc.
