Win-Win is a manufacturer of waterjet cutting equipment, which provides waterjet cutting solutions for automotive interior, metal, stone, glass, etc. WINWIN cooperated with ABB, FANUC and YASKAWA to produce different types of robotic waterjet cutting equipment, which are currently used in the production lines of Toyota Motor, Antolin, Autoneum, Ford Group, Adler Pelzer Group, etc.. WINWIN have more than ten agents in different countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia, in order to provide customers with better and more convenient services.
Our products are Robot Waterjet Cutting Systems, Abrasive Waterjet Cutting Equipment, Portable Waterjet Cutting Machine and High-end Parts. In order to meet the purchasing needs of our customers, we built a warehouse of more than 300 square meters of small parts in 2013, and there are 2 full-time warehouse keepers for modern management, all inventory entry system, and replenishment at any time according to the mini stock. We have plenty of commonly used parts in stock. For exemple, at present, our best selling product is the seated double robotic arm double station robot waterjet cutting workstation. It includes stationary cutting table(two workpieces), ABB IRB 4600 robot(two arms), intensifier pump, cooling system, water filtration system, vacuum adsorption system, general control system, and security barrier. For this system, our usual spare parts are high pressure cylinder, plunger assy., seal head assy., hydraulic cylinder head, seal assy., HP cylinder nut, hydraulic cartridge assembly, seal hydraulic flange, plunger retainer nut, HP CYL liner, LP water inlet O-ring, LP water seal head ring, hydraulic cylinder, back-up ring, socket head screw, proximity switch, piston assembly, etc.. The parts like O-ring, we store them in cartons. Our supply cycle is 1-2 working days. If our customers want to purchase special brand parts, our delivery cycle is 1-5 working days. If our customers wants to customize the special size of the parts, our delivery cycle is 3-7 working days.
