The principle of waterjet cutting machine

Ultra-high pressure waterjet can also used in a variety of industrial surface treatment applications such as boat hull cleaning and automotive painting equipment cleaning.

The key to the formation of ultra-high pressure water lies in the intensifier pump. The working process of the pressure intensifier is generally that the low-pressure oil from the oil pump pushes the piston of the pressure intensifier to make it reciprocate. On the other hand, the water supply system first purifies the water, and then the water pump pumps out low-pressure water, and the low-pressure water entering the pressure intensifier is pressurized by a small piston and then the pressure increases.
