How much does waterjet cost?
The consumables of water jet cutting machines are mainly abrasives, and other related consumption can refer to the following:
1. Power consumption: Our machine power is 30KW/h, the specific power consumption depends on the actual working conditions of the customer.
2. Abrasive consumption: According to our many years of experience, the abrasive consumption is generally around 15-20KG/h. Of course, the amount of sand supplied for cutting items of different materials will be different, but there will not be much fluctuation up and down.
3. The loss of the related waerjet part: about $1.2-2 per hour, the waterjet part of the vulnerable parts probably includes waterjet orifice, waterjet mixing tube, on off valve kit, check valve repair kit, the hp seals etc.
4. Water: The loss of water is basically negligible. Our machines generally have a flow rate of 3.8L/min.
