The common warranty period for waterjet cutting machines is generally about 1 to 2 years. Different suppliers may have different warranty conditions. The specific agreement needs to be determined with the supplier.
Our waterjet cutting machines usually have a one-year warranty period, but depending on the configuration of different machines, the warranty period is also slightly different. However, all quality guarantee conditions do not include waterjet consumable parts, because waterjet cutting machine uses water jet intensifier pump pressurized water and sand mixed stream that can reach 420MPA or even 600MPA ultra-high pressure for cutting. Therefore, some waterjet cutting parts will wear more seriously, such as high pressure seals, orifice etc. These parts need to be replaced regularly, and our warranty conditions generally do not include these wearing parts. There is a warranty for the machine as a whole, and after-sales service will be provided for life.
Before leaving the factory, each set of equipment will be debugged and tested according to the customer’s cutting materials and specific requirements, and the shipment will be arranged after the test is passed. And each set of our equipment is equipped with corresponding operation and maintenance instructions, quality assurance documents and technical information, etc., which is convenient for customers to inquire.
