1. Check the cleanliness of the waterjet shop hydraulic oil: we can open the waterjet pump’s oil tank to see whether the hydraulic oil is clear, whether there is debris inside, whether it is discolored to determine whether it is deteriorating?
2. Check the working condition of the hydraulic system: we can identify the working condition of the waterjet pump, such as abnormal sound or unstable pressure during operation.
3. Check the differential pressure indicator of the waterjet shop hydraulic oil cartridge: The hydraulic oil cartridge is usually equipped with a differential pressure indicator, which is used to indicate the differential pressure of the hydraulic oil passing through the cartridge. If the differential pressure indicator shows a pressure difference exceeding the set value, it means that the hydraulic oil cartridge needs to be replaced.
