The water jet high-pressure cylinder is the core component of the water jet intensifier pump.

It consists of a high-pressure water cylinder, a piston, a ceramic plunger, and a cylinder nut. Its function is to convert low-pressure oil into high-pressure water jet.

The maintenance operation of the water jet high pressure cylinder mainly includes the following aspects:

Regularly check whether there are scratches, cracks and other damage on the inner wall of the high-pressure cylinder. If so, replace the waterjet high pressure cylinder in time; Regularly replace the high-pressure seal assembly, generally every 1000 hours or so to prevent high-pressure water leakage;

Regularly check whether the waterjet ceramic plunger is bent or worn, and if so, replace the ceramic plunger in time;

Regularly check whether the waterjet cylinder nut is loose or deformed, if so, fasten or replace the cylinder nut in time;

Regularly clean the inside of the high-pressure cylinder to prevent scale, impurities, etc. from clogging the nozzle or damaging the waterjet high pressure cylinder.
