2.The maintenance operation of the backup ring of the water jet unloading valve mainly includes the following steps

1:Turn off the waterjet intensifier pump, disconnect the power supply, and release the high-pressure water and air pressure. It’s the first step that waterjet users need to do when maintain the waterjet pump parts

2. Remove the pneumatic valve control assembly;

3. Remove the water switch valve body, remove the cylinder and maintenance components; Take out the water switch valve needle, guide ring, sealing ring, backup ring and other parts;

4. Check whether the backup ring is worn, deformed, aged, etc., and if so, replace it in time;

5. Clean the backup ring, apply lubricating oil, and reassemble in the original order;

6. Install the unloading valve assembly of the waterjet intensifier pump parts, restore the power, start the waterjet pump, and check for water or air leakage
