Q1, I move the y1/y2 axis to the right and it doesn’t reach at the other end of the table, you see I can’t go more further than that.
A1. We also adjusted the position of the Y-axis when leaving the factory, and the customer is not allowed to change it by himself, otherwise the cutting head may be damaged.
Q2, The other problem i have is that the cutting head is not at 90° with the surface, so when it cuts, its not straight downwards. It cuts in an angle. You see it not at a 90 degrees. How can I adjust this please
A2, Turn on the AC and return to zero first. We have adjusted the vertical before leaving the factory. If the AC is not vertical after returning to zero, adjust it again.
Adjust whether it is vertical by adjusting the A-axis reference and C-axis reference in the position diagnosis-initial setting, by adjusting the angle of A and C, after adjusting to the vertical position, point A-axis reference and C-axis reference
Q3, What should i adjust or do so that when we cut the glasses it doesn’t cracks
A3,You can change the angle and shape length of the lead-in line to avoid the cracks
