Q1: What are the necessary conditions for starting the water jet cutting machine?
A1: 1，Water is required, and the water inlet pressure must be above 0.4mpa.
2.need electricity
3.Requires a booster pump to function properly
4.Hydraulic oil is required, and the oil temperature is within a reasonable range
and so on
Q2: How to adjust the water inlet pressure?
1. It can be adjusted through the water valve on the side of the external small water pump. You only need to turn the valve slightly to see the change of water pressure.
2. It can be adjusted through a regulating valve at the water inlet position of the waterjet high pressure pump. After finding it, there is a screw on the top of the black plug, remove the screw first, and then pull out the plug, you can see that there is a screw on the hexagon. Adjusting the top wire can adjust the pressure of the water inlet pressure.
Q3: If your machine turns on the low pressure after starting up and then turns to high pressure, will the cutter head automatically shut down after spraying water for one minute?
A3: Please check for the following:
1. Leakage
2. Oil leakage
3. Insufficient low-pressure water inlet pressure, etc.
