FAQ of waterjet cutting machine & waterjet part:
Is it waterjet or water jet?
A water jet cutter, also known as a water jet or waterjet. Our different customers will have customary usage. The water jet cutting machine is a kind of water jet that can reach 60K psi or even 90K psi after being pressurized by the waterjet pump, and a relatively concentrated water stream formed by the nozzle with a very fine aperture of the cutting head for cutting machine. Cutting with water has many special advantages that other cutting methods do not have. For example: cutting with a water jet cutting machine will not generate electric sparks, and the working environment is relatively safe, especially for some oil industries that use our potable water jet cutting machines to cut oil storage tanks. Moreover, cutting with a waterjet machine will not produce harmful gases, which is more environmentally friendly than the working method. The most important point is that many aerospace materials will also choose to use waterjet cutting machines when cutting, so that it will not have any impact on the cut object, thermal deformation, etc.
