1: FAQ for Water Jet Cutting Machine and Water Jet Spare Part :
A: Water jet cutting equipment running, but the water pressure is not enough, troubleshooting reference below:
1. Check whether the tap water supply is disconnected or the water pressure is too low;
2. Check whether the Water Jet Spare Part water pump is normal;
3. Check whether the Water Jet Spare Part orifice is normal (water beam is obviously dispersed);
4. check whether there is oil and water leakage in the peephole behind the blocking plate (if there is water leakage, it indicates that the dynamic seal of the high pressure chamber is damaged; if there is oil leakage, it indicates that the dynamic seal on the cylinder blocking plate is damaged);
5. Check whether the water inlet check valve is not working (the water inlet pipe back to water is obvious);
6. Check whether the water outlet check valve is not working (check valve at the feel of obvious heat);
7. Check whether the Water Jet Spare Part high-pressure plunger rod is broken (remove the inlet and outlet pipes and water check valve, insert a fine steel wire into the Water Jet Spare Part high-pressure cylinder, probe to the plunger rod, open the motor oil pump, observe whether the steel wire is topped out. (Not top out or move a small distance, it shows that the plunger rod has broken).

B, High pressure, low pressure are not and change direction for too long or not change direction
1. If not commutation and oil pressure is high, push the solenoid valve stem at either end of the reversing valve by hand;
2. Adjust the position of the Hall switch (move the Hall switch slightly in the direction of the cylinder)
3. Check whether the directional Hall switch is normal
4. check whether the electrical part of the reversing valve is normal, e. confirm whether the oil pump flow has been adjusted (too small)
5. confirm whether the flow rate of the relief valve has been adjusted (too large)
6. Check whether the spool of reversing valve is blocked or worn; (refer to the relevant content in the next section)
7. check whether the piston seal in the cylinder is damaged.
