- Check the low-pressure water meter. If the pump is working normally ,but the low-pressure water meter is lower than the standard value, the pump will stop.
- Check the sealing head body and repair kits parts. When the seal is not good, there will be internal water leakage (the leakage cannot be seen from the outside), which will cause the reversing to be too fast or even stop the machine.
3.Turn off the cutting head, turn on the pump when the cutting head is not allowed to discharge water, and observe whether the pump changes direction. Normally, it does not change direction, and the pressure remains normal. If it changes direction, please check the sealing head body, sealing head wearing parts, and piston sealing.
4.If the cutting head is turned off, the pump is turned on.If high pressure is turned on, the pump does not change direction, and the pressure remains constant, then check the cutting head orifice.
Through these steps, the customer found that the sealing head was leaking, and successfully solved the problem. At present, this customer with 10 sets of high-end waterjet cutting systems has become our long-term client. They have purchased two sets of robotic systems from us this year to expand the production line, to obtain higher profits.
