How much size cutting of your waterjet machine?
Generally, the regular size of our waterjet cutting machine is 1mx1m, 2mx1m, 3mx1.5m, 3mx2m, 2.5mx1.5m, 4mx2m, 6mx2m etc. There are also some customized product sizes according to the requirements of customers’ cutting materials, and even we have done The longest cutting platform has a size of 9m, and the above are our regular size machines, which are often purchased by our customers. Of course, we also accept customized products, and will customize products suitable for customers according to their actual work needs.
We also have a variety of options for the configuration of the machine, such as waterjet pump, we have ordinary 60k psi pressure, and 90k psi pressure; there is another form of drive waterjet pump – the direct drive pump.
And some other upgrade configurations, such as the auto abrasive removal system, save labor costs, and can also improve production efficiency without stopping and can be carried out at the same time as the cutting work, and the impurities in the box can be cleaned at the same time as cutting.
The water softening system can effectively filter some impurities in the authentic water quality, greatly improving the service life of related seals, orifice, nozzle, etc.
