After the machine is debugged, the manufacturer will back up the NC Studio water jet cutting system and send it to the customer. At the same time, the factory will save the backup software package according to the contract number. Under normal circumstances, the customer does not need the software package, because the whole set of equipment includes the water jet cutting system. The manufacturer has completed the debugging, and the equipment has arrived at the customer site. The customer only needs to install it according to the installation steps provided by the manufacturer, and there will be no problems. The installation can be completed quickly for experimental cutting.
Backup of the water jet cutting system, if the customer misoperation causes the water cutting software to crash, or the computer system crashes, reinstall the water jet cutting software, or install the water jet cutting software after reinstalling the computer system, these two methods are possible, under normal circumstances, reinstall the water jet cutting software, the key data will not change, but the customer needs to adjust some variable parameters, such as the origin setting of the machine tool, the walking path, the height of the waterjet head, etc. These parameters can be adjusted by the customer. During the process, according to different materials and different cutting requirements, customers will also adjust these parameters, so the backup water jet cutting software can be used, and it is recommended that customers back up the system once in a while, which will be a good one choice
