I. Safe operation:

2. the operator must be professionally trained and can operate proficiently, non-professionals do not move.
3. before the operation must confirm that there is no external interference, after all normal, the plate to be cut is lifted on the cutting platform, the plate can not exceed the cutting range (Note: be careful when lifting).
II. Daily maintenance and care:
1. each working day must clean the machine and guide dirt, so that the bed to keep clean, off the air source and power supply at the end of the day, while emptying the residual air in the machine tube belt.
2. If you leave the machine for a long time to turn off the power, to prevent non-professional operation.
3. pay attention to the machine horizontal and vertical guide rails and rack surface lubrication, so that it is well lubricated!
III. Weekly maintenance and care:
1. every week to carry out a comprehensive cleaning of the machine, horizontal and vertical guide rails, transmission gear rack cleaning, filling with lubricant.
2. check whether the horizontal and longitudinal rail wipers are working properly, and replace them in time if they are not normal.
3. Check whether all torches are loose, clean the garbage in the ignition gun mouth to keep the ignition normal.
4. If there is automatic height adjustment device, test whether it is sensitive and whether the probe should be replaced.
IV. Monthly and quarterly maintenance:
1. check whether there is garbage in the general air inlet, and whether each water jet spare part valve and pressure gauge are working normally.
2. Check if all air pipe joints are loose and all pipe belts are not broken. If necessary, tighten or replace.
3. Check all transmission water jet spare part for looseness, check the gear and rack meshing, and adjust if necessary.
4. Loosen the tightening device, push the carriage by hand, whether to come and go freely, if there are abnormalities in time to adjust or replace.
5. Check the clamping block, steel belt and guide wheel has no loose, steel belt tightening condition, if necessary, adjust.
6. Check the strong power cabinet and operating platform, whether the fastening screws are loose, and clean the dust in the cabinet with vacuum cleaner or hair dryer. Check whether the terminals are loose (refer to the electrical manual for details)
7. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches, replace damaged ones, and finally draw comprehensive testing graphics to test the precision of the machine.
