Waterjet intensifier pump breakdown and maintenance methods:
(1) Unstable pressurization of the waterjet pump
If the intensifier pressurization is not stable, this may be the introduction of water pressure pipeline problems. This problem can be solved by the plug valve. Check whether the plug valve is completely closed, if not, it should be adjusted. If the plug valve is not a problem, then check whether the inlet and outlet water pipes are blocked or damaged.
(2) The intensifier is leaking
If the intensifier is leaking, you need to first determine where the leak occurs, whether it is in the inlet pipe or outlet pipe. If it is in the inlet pipe, then we should check whether the sealing of the inlet pipe is good, and if it is not good, we can replace it. If it is in the outlet pipe, then we should check whether the sealing of the outlet pipe is good, and if it is not good, you can replace it.
(3) The intensifier can not pressurize up
If the intensifier can not be pressurized, then it may be the water jet intensifier internal parts are damaged or worn. This situation needs to be disassembled and repaired, and the bad parts should be cleaned or replaced.
