Waterjet cutting machine knowledge:

It takes a long time for the abrasive of the water jet cutting machine to be transported to the sand mixing chamber, and the water sprayed by the cutter head is not uniform, one will be large and the other will be small.
This problem can occur for the following reasons:
1: Check whether there is water outside the sand mixing chamber/cutting head position, which makes the abrasive wet
2: Check whether the air pressure of the sand control valve meets the requirements
3: When closing, the abrasive should be closed for 2 seconds, and then the high pressure and water valve should be closed
When opening for the second time, you should first open the abrasive for 1 second, then open the water valve, and then open the high pressure
