Insufficient water supply, resulting in insufficient water flow. Check whether the water supply valve is not open, or the water supply pressure is too low. The water jet cutting head nozzle or orifice is damaged, resulting in excessive water discharge or divergence. Replace the orifice, nozzle.

The waterjet pump does not change direction, resulting in discontinuous high-pressure water. Check if the energy converter is blocked, clean or replace it. There is a thud from the pump, which results in little cushioning damping. Adjust dual one-way throttle valves to eliminate slamming noise. The one-way valve is leaking, causing backflow of high-pressure water. Repair or replace a hot check valve. The sealing ring or pressure ring is damaged, resulting in high pressure water leakage.
