Q1: Precautions for repair and maintenance of water jet cylinder:
A1: The repair and maintenance of the water jet actuator mainly includes the following aspects
• Regularly check the movement of the actuator, observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena such as jamming, oil leakage, abnormal noise, etc., and promptly eliminate the fault or replace the damaged parts.
• Regularly clean the shell and interior of the cylinder to remove debris, water mist, oil and other debris generated during water jet cutting to prevent corrosion and blockage of the cylinder.
• Regularly lubricate the piston rod and seal of the actuator, and use suitable lubricating oil or grease to maintain good sealing and movement of the cylinder.
• Regularly check the electrical connections and sensors of the cylinder to ensure that the signal transmission between the cylinder and the computer controller is normal to avoid malfunction or out of control
